Events in relation to various cooperation agreements
Visit of the Mayor of Quebec City and his delegation in the framework of the Friendship and Cooperation Agreement between St. Petersburg and Quebec City as part of the Quebec - St. Petersburg - Bordeaux Special Day

- Unveiling of the statue of Nelligan and opening of the Quebec City Square in St. Petersburg
- Publication of a special photo album on Quebec City and St. Petersburg
- Preparation for St. Petersburg participation at the International Pavilion of the Quebec ExpoCite International Exhibition
- Establishing new cooperation linkages between St. Petersburg university community and the University Laval
