A competition of European firemen to take place in St. Petersburg
 The European Championship Competition in Firemen’s Skills will take place in St. Petersburg. According to Alexander Chupriyan, acting Fire Marshall of the Main Department of the State Fire Prevention Service of the Russian Federation Ministry of Disaster Management, the first European Championship Competition in Firemen’s Skills will take place on June 28 at the stadium of the Department of Fire Prevention. Fire brigades from England, Belorussia, Italy, Finland and countries of the former Soviet Union have applied for participation in the competition. Mr. Chupriyan said that the stadium where the Championship Competition will take place is one of the best European stadiums specially equipped for such competitions. |
