2.5 thousand journalists to cover international program of St. Petersburg jubilee
2.5 thousand journalists will provide coverage of the international program of the St. Petersburg Jubilee, the Russian President’s Envoy in the North-West Federal District Valentina Matviyenko told journalists in the St. Petersburg Tercentenary International Press Center. According to her, the new modern press center in the Hotel Pribaltiyskaya has been equipped, which will provide a unique opportunity for the journalists “to see and hear all which will take place in the city.”
900 journalists who are accredited with the International Press Center will also see the celebrations on 30-31 May. Another cutting-edge press center has been set up in Strelna. “Journalists will have all the requisite equipment for their work,” assured the Presidential Envoy. She stressed the importance of an objective coverage of the city’s jubilee.
